GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1-The machine produce the product that has various forms and thickness.The machine is capable of cutting the moisture dough between 7-100 gr.

2- Depending on the model of the machine and the thickness setting of the product, the capacity of the machine is 30 - 150 kg/hour.

3- Owing to changeable molds it is possible to produce 25-30 different types of products.

4- This system give form cutting the product one by one. This system was designed for using the groups of fatty and salty dough.

5- The outer surface and the surfaces contacting food were made of stainless steel and the moving parts were made of steel.

6- It is easy to install, maintain, and use the machine owing to its mountable and demountable product processing heads which have contacts with dough.

7- (5 ATÜ) Air is needed to operate the system of the machine.
